1. Introduction

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Terms

• 4Accounts that remain inactive for 12 or more consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 679bd will notify you by email before applying any dormancy fee. Dormancy fees, where applied, will not reduce the account balance below zero.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms will prevail.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 679bd platform. Breach of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

• 1Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or over 679bd.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 679bd Platform, including but not limited to the 679bd name and brand, logos, game content, software, text, graphics, images, audio, video, data compilations, page layouts and underlying code, is the property of 679bd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 679bd.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 679bd, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and content providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 679bd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

679bd does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 679bd makes no representation that any game result or betting outcome is guaranteed. All games and betting markets are subject to standard variance and 679bd accepts no liability for losses sustained in the normal course of play.

9. Responsible Gaming

• 1On termination of your account for any reason, 679bd will process a withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification and provided no funds are subject to an active investigation, fraud hold, or active bonus wagering requirement.
• 2Bonus balances are not withdrawable and will be forfeited upon account closure regardless of the reason for closure. Only verified real-money balances will be returned on account closure.
• 3If your account is suspended pending investigation, you may not be able to access your balance during the investigation period. 679bd will notify you of the outcome of any such investigation as soon as reasonably practicable and will return verified legitimate funds upon conclusion if no breach is found.
